THE SPACE
Spacious and well appointed 6-bedroom home located on a secluded cove at Hyco Lake. 4.5 bathrooms!
The home features a freshly decorated, large living area that opens up onto a large deck with additional outdoor seating and a hot tub with a view. This area is just off of the open concept kitchen offering tons of great entertainment space.
The kitchen is well appointed and newly remodeled for a very comfortable and inviting experience. The dining area is just adjacent to the kitchen in an open floor plan concept with a table for 6 comfortably and 4 bar height stools to eat on the kitchen dining island.
The basement has two king-bedrooms and full bathrooms with a large common space with a projector movie area.
The main floor features the large master suite with private on-suite bathroom, separate shower and large bath tub. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms for the remainder of the family as well as 1 full bathroom (combo tub and shower).
The basement heating and air-conditioning is on the same zone as the main floor. So to adjust the basement heat and turn it up, you need to turn up the main floor heat. There are also space heaters inthebasement.
A trip to the lake is a success when most of your time is spent entertaining, exploring, and enjoying the outdoors. Make the most of the large deck including comfortable outdoor lounging areas and a hot tub! A walk down to the dock is where you will find yourself enjoying all of the activities the lake has to offer including swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and more.
PETS:
• We allow a maximum of two (2) pets not weighing more than 50 lbs.
• Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
• Pets must be supervised at all times.
• Pets must be declared upon reservation

GUEST ACCESS
This house is located in a quiet lakefront neighborhood. The driveway has space for plenty of cars and even extends all the way down to the dock for very convenient access and parking.
Essentials like shampoo, towels, body wash/soap and even kitchen supplies, trash bags, dishwasher tabs and laundry detergent/cleaning supplies are carefully prepared for your stay.
OTHER NOTES
Please note that in the event we need to drain the hot tub after your stay, there will be a fee of $350 to cover the cost of maintenance and cleaning. We strive to keep our hot tubs in excellent condition for all of our guests to enjoy, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping them in top shape.
LAKE SAFETY RULES:
• NO jumping or diving off the dock
• Use of the water toys/activities is at the guest's own risk and discretion
HOT TUB:
The Hot Tub was moved under the covered patio right outside of the basement
During the hottest time of the year, from June to September, there should be an expectation that the hot-tub will be offline.
If the hot-tub is undergoing maintenance or repairs and is unavailable during your stay, there is no discounts or refunds. We will do our best to make it available in the non-summer months but there isnoguarantees.
Please note that in the event we need to drain the hot-tub after your stay, there will be a fee of $350 to cover the cost of maintenance and cleaning. We strive to keep our hot-tubs in excellent condition for all of our guests to enjoy, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping them in top shape.
No glass in or near the hot tub or pool. If there's any remnants of glass, guest will be charged a $2,000 fee.
WIFI:
We recently updated our WIFI to Starlink Internet so our guests can enjoy reliable and fast internet.
We do not allow any parties or events at this property.
