The house is strategically placed on the property to take full advantage of year round sunsets. Upstairs you will have two private bedrooms and two full baths divided by the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals. There is a Weber grille on the upper deck outside. The basement is set up as a TV room with full surround sound and a full bath/Jacuzzi tub. Just out the door is the outdoor hottub and outdoor shower! Beautifully landscaped, private property and boat dock. 2 Paddle boards, 2 kayaks & wood for the firepit and gas for grilling out are provided!
