The upstairs also consists of 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 full bathroom. Downstairs you will find 2 more bedrooms- one with a queen bed and the other with a twin trundle bed. Downstairs also has a full bathroom. No matter what the weather brings, the screened-in-porch and two decks offer plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors.
Outside you will also find a fire pit to enjoy as well as a boat dock where you can sit and relax or enjoy plenty of water activities. The cottage provides 2 paddleboards, 3 single kayaks, 2 youth kayaks, and several water floats. The location is also in a lower traffic southern cove of the lake, perfect for motor and non-motorized sports, water play, and fishing.

Boats/Boat Rentals- We have an exclusive partnership with NC Marine Rentals. When booking with us, you will get a direct link to discounted rates plus the convenience of boat drop-off and pickup. They offer half day, full day, and multi day where you can keep the boat overnight and tie off at our dock. You are also welcome to bring your own boat and tie off to the dock.
**The neighborhood road to the house is a well maintained gravel road. You will travel 1 mile along this scenic, wooded road before reaching the house, which has a paved driveway.
**Please note, the cabin is suited to sleep 8, but parties over 5 will be asked to pay a small additional fee per guest to cover laundering of extra linens and towels. For each reservation, towels will only be provided for the amount of guests provided on the booking reservation. Any additional bed linens used above the amount of guests listed may result in an additional laundering fee upon departure.
