The little 1930's cottage is a Super Sweet and Charming space tucked into the mountain side. It offers three porches and a rock patio with small fire pit for even more outdoor time. Just a 10 minute walk down to Lake Susan or Robert Lake Park. A hammock on two porches and rockers on all as well as a bench swing and an additional bench swing out in the yard, we have a Charcoal Grill as well as a Propane Grill outside, Updated appliances, washer and dryer and dishwasher, Stone fireplace, a/c units on all levels and baseboard heater on each level (except loft) with basic cable and phone. The home has 3 bedrooms and one bunk nook (2 single bunk beds-good for kiddos but adults fit here too) and a loft and love seat hide`a`bed as well as a new screen porch turned in to a screened bedroom. Private gravel parking pad and just a few steps into front door. Hiking Galore!!! Local Fly Fishing, Zip Lining, White Water Rafting, Local Pool, camps for kids, Camp Grounds in Montreat and surrounding areas as well, Tubing, National Parks, Waterfalls, Caverns, Racing, Cherokee Casino, Minor League Baseball (Asheville Tourists), Golfing, Shopping, Trains to Ride, Historical Sites, Biltmore House of Asheville, Amusement Parks (Dollywood, Tweetsie Railroad, Maggie Valley, Cherokee w/casino) all within minutes to about two hours from the house. So many great places to eat locally,
