The porch, patio, and main dining room can accommodate large gatherings. Perfect for togetherness AND privacy, this house serves as 3 homes in 1!
#1. The lower level has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living/dining space. The dining area has seating for 8 guests and a TV in the living room. All bedrooms have access to the hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. The laundry room has a full-sized washer/dryer and an additional refrigerator.
• The 1st bedroom has a queen bed with an in-room sink vanity.
• The 2nd bedroom has a set of twin beds, both with a trundle.
• The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed.
• The primary suite has a king bed, TV, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

High-speed WIFI is provided with extenders that allow excellent service on all 3 levels. Additional chairs and card tables are available in the main-level hall closet. Greybeard supplies sheets, pillowcases, towels, and kitchen linens. During the summer conference season (June and July), linens will be packaged and placed on each bed. Outside of the summer conference season, beds will be made before guest arrival.
