RiverWatch is located in the historic district of downtown Beaufort. Across the street from the Intracoastal Waterway. Directly across the street and to the right is the USC campus and Performing Arts Center. Suite A is a short walk-up, second floor unit that's beautifully decorated with a coastal beach theme. The private bedroom has a queen "cool touch" Tempur-Pedic mattress for your comfort. All linens are provided. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room with a 4 inch coiled mattress. The full bath has a shower and a tub combination. Your kitchen has an electric stove, dishwasher, medium refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, and coffee pot. There are also essentials for cooking and dining including coffee and tea. A washer and dryer are located on the first floor as well. This property is well equipped with wifi and a Smart television.
There are also two bicycles per unit for your peddling pleasure as well as a Hunting Island State Park beach pass for your free access. Directly in front of the entrance @701 Congress St are two parking spaces, one each for Units A & B. More parking is available behind the building. Summary: We had a nice stay. The apartment was quite quaint and centrally located! Had all the amenities you might need! Very close to Parris Island where we were going to see a friend’s son graduate as a Marine.
