The carriage house is newly built, and features a spacious living area with Satellite TV, High Speed Internet, separate bedroom with queen sized bed, full kitchen with bar, bath, laundry, and a stunning vaulted ceiling with professional interior design appointments. The living quarters are on the second floor of the Carriage House and require 13 steps.
This charming waterfront carriage house on lady’s island overlooking factory creek, is on a one acre beautifully landscaped property, minutes from downtown Beaufort and the low country sea islands. There is a 150’ walkway, pier house, and floating dock for fishing. The waterfront view of a 2000-acre marsh, rivers, and creeks is spectacular.

Summary: August 2025If I could give more then 5 stars I would, we frequently use VRBO to travel, this. rental was absolutely beautiful, clean, and the owners were so receptive. Easy check in and out. We had a wonderful time.
