Fully furnished inside and out with screened patio perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing. Surround sound can be used throughout the house. Additional features include: "Kids Cove" Theatre room, game room with professional pool table. House also has foosball in a separate area.
Master Bedroom has a luxury king size bed (Sterns and Foster) 50" flat screen HDTV. Master Bathroom has Jacuzzi tub, large walk-in shower, huge walk-in closet, double vanity and seating area. Master Bedroom also has private balcony access with water views.
Bedroom 2 also has a private balcony overlooking the water with luxury queen size bedding. Bedroom 3 has queen size luxury bedding. Bedroom 4 is tucked away with a queen bed and comfortable setting.
Huge laundry room with wine fridge and extra fridge for beverages. Extra full-size fridge can be found in the garage if needed.
This home has EXTENSIVE lake views from all floors and is well appointed with furnishings, electronics and tasteful décor.
House Guidelines:
ABSOLUTELY NO GRADUATION, WEDDINGS OR LARGE PARTIES. NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY ANY DAMAGE TO THE HOME, EQUIPMENT OR PROPERTY WILL RESULT IN SECURITY DEPOSIT NOT BEING RETURNED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
COOKING : Do not cook foods in the house that leave lingering perverse scents such as fried foods, fish or curry. The outdoor grill has a side burner and is large enough if needed. IF THIS GUIDANCE IS NOT FOLLOWED YOU WILL BE CHARGED 200.00 EXTRA FOR A CLEANING FEE.
TRASH: Any trash left in the garbage cans or dock will result in a 100.00 disposal fee.
Stand Up Paddle Boards (SUPs)
Stand up paddle boards( SUPs) are heavy duty and inflatable and can be rented for an additional fee per week. If you are interested in renting these please contact us prior to your stay.
Do not leave in the water, let drift under the dock , abuse or they may puncture. If choose not to use the SUPs let us know, but if they are damaged during your stay YOU MAYBE CHARGED ADDITIONAL FEE FOR NEGLIGENT USE.

1.5 miles from Food Lion, and local shopping. A short 1/2 mile drive or 5 minute boat ride to the Water View Restaurant & Bar at the Point.
Great main lake location in a calm private cove for fishing, kayaking, SUP, and other watersports. You will have access to a 2 person kayak, life jackets and floats with your rental.
Minimum of 7 day rental during peak season from Memorial Day to Labor Day. 4 day minimum stays will be considered in the off season but longer stay requests will be granted priority.
