Summary: We had a great week (July 2025)! Perfect size house for our family of 6. House was well appointed and maintained. Excellent outdoor areas (boathouse and patio). Fun game room/tv room in basement. Good beds and baths. Loved location near Eaton Ferry Marina and mid-lake. One small downside is the shallow/mucky water off the dock, but you only have to go out a short way to get to great spots for swimming/floating, which we did all day. Owner was very responsive to all my messages, including an emergency service call to fix a/c mid-week (an easy fix). I recommend this house and would stay here again.
