Also provided are corn hole, frisbee golf (bring your own disks), 4 kayaks, a canoe, and life jackets. Go swimming, fishing or play on the large, natural sandy beach! There is handicap access into the home. Step inside and you will find an open floor plan that is completely renovated and exquisitely decorated. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the master bathroom has a walk in shower and a large jetted tub. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have queen size beds. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with a smart TV. The kitchen is open to the dining and great room which has cathedral ceilings, an amazing lake view and a wide screen smart TV. There are several ceiling fans inside and out. The laundry room has a long counter and cabinets for storing groceries. There is a picnic table and charcoal grill perfect for your outdoor barbecues! The boathouse has a covered area great for relaxing or enjoy the open area for sunning. The water depth is about 6 to 7 feet. There is a 2nd refrigerator in the boat house for your use. Renter may dock their boat on either side of the boat house or use the boat lifts at your own risk (2800 pounds is max weight on boat lift). Owner is not responsible for any damage to tenants watercraft.
