Private boat dock for your boat. This home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms both jack and jill style, 2 up and 2 down. Each of the four bedrooms has a queen bed with brand new mattresses, one of these queens is a temperpedic. There is also a kids nook directly off of one of the bedrooms that has 2 twin beds. Dining table will seat 9 with room for 3 more at the bar. Open living and dining areas so you have plenty of room. House has large decks off the front and the back. Back decks over looks the canal. There are also decks off of the 2 upstairs bedrooms. fenced in backyard. Corn Hole boards with bags, many games for kids to enjoy. Everything in this home is brand new. new carpet in bedrooms, tile through out rest. new granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. You must see this house to appreciate!
