Come to the gem of the Brunswick Islands: Ocean Isle Beach. Join us at McOxie Beach House. Spread out in our large 4 bedroom/4 bath 1st level unit & park under the building for shade. There are only 6 units in the building, so avoid the crowded resorts & come stay in our retreat. The building has an elevator & outdoor shower. Beautifully decorated & comfortable for a relaxing vacation in a laid-back community. Ideal for family trips, girl weekends, fall & spring golf trips, & retreats. Plan a beach wedding by the ocean and have your reception at The Isles Restaurant poolside at the resort. This is a great place to make memories & build relationships. Inquire about monthly winter rentals for December, January, & February. Watch video for view of sand path to the beach from the unit. 3-4 minute walk.
Situated on the west side of the island, you are a 3-4 minute walk from the ocean (2.5 blocks). Enjoy breakfast on the deck with views the ocean, watch the turtles in the pond below swim, & view the sound on the other side in serenity.

Easy access to the ocean from the pool and easy parking at the pool, if you do not want to walk. There is a tiki bar & restaurant right beside the pool for a meal without leaving the ocean front. Many visitors like to rent golf carts as the main mode of transportation. Find your inner fisherman or leisurely bike the 3.5 mile island.
