We are nestled in the heart of Hampstead on the 3rd hole fairway at Old Pointe golf course, and a quick 5 min drive to the local favorite Iron Clad golf course. The refreshing ocean breeze is a mere 15-minute drive to Surf City on Topsail Island. Wilmington is quick drive with lots of coffee shops, bars, restaurants, distilleries, breweries, unique shopping, museums, historic locations, walking tours and more.
The unit has a private entry and private back patio making it easy to sit outside, grill up some food and enjoy the serene setting.
The space is a well laid out and fully equipped townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Two rooms have incredibly comfortable queen-sized beds, with a third room with a twin trundle bed that can host 2 twins or converts to a king bed if desired. The fold out couch is another option with a full-size bed. We have many amenities such as USB & C-port chargers, computer workstation (with docking station and additional monitor, keyboard & mouse), fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer, beach towels, chairs & umbrella. We stock detergent & dryer sheets for the washer and dryer in case you are traveling light or want to freshen up towels during your stay. The kitchen has everything you'll need, including coffee, tea, creamers, sugars, oil, salt & pepper and a few grilling spices.
ACCESS: Your vacation home has a Nest lock programmed with your private code for easy access without host intervention. The private entry opens into a well equipped and comfortable home. Please message me through the app if you need anything before, during or after your stay.
