Welcome to Mountain Bliss Retreat located in Kings Mountain, NC. This 2BR/2BA home is off the road in a beautiful setting of wooded acres to explore. This property also sides up to Crowder Mountain State Park. The home is subdivided into two parts with what is pictured in this listing and an apartment type space below. No living space is shared, both have totally separate parking and entrances.
This home is nestled between Charlotte and Asheville for anyone wanting to visit both places.
BED & BATH
This home includes a master loft suite upstairs with amazing bathroom with jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and large double sink vanity. The queen room is on the main floor with a full bathroom right outside the bedroom door.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is super spacious and fully stocked with a island that has bar stools so people can socialize with using the kitchen. Please place dishes in dishwasher on departure and start them. The light switch to the right of sink (the middle one) operates the dishwasher.
LIVING AREA
The house is an open type floor plan area with kitchen, living room and dinning room. Windows wall length to enjoy all the wonderful scenery the home has to offer. Gas Fire place to enjoy in the colder months.
WIRELESS INTERNET
You have access to the WIFI, however the internet may be slower or drop out due to being in a more secluded area.
BALCONY
This home has multiple balconies for you to enjoy your morning coffee while viewing all the nature. The top level deck is located off of the Master Suite. The second level deck is located off the kitchen and has plenty of seating, as well as a large gas grill to assist with any cooking you want to do.
LINENS & COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES INCLUDED:
Linen for all the beds, towels, washcloths, a kitchen dish towel & dish rag set as well as 1 STARTER size set of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap & 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and several trash bags.
- All check-in instructions are automatically be sent out via our system software on the day of arrival approximately around 1:00pm. Please make sure your check-in form is filled out at the time of booking, as this is how the system knows to send out your check-in instructions.
Guest has access to all of the top two floors which include Master Suite, Master Bathroom, Master Balcony, Guest Queen bedroom, Guest bathroom, living room, full kitchen, second level balcony and all the land that surrounds the area. Go explore and have a great trip.
DEPARTURE:
Leave keys on bar as they were on arrival and lock all doors on your way out.
Mountain Bliss Retreat is the perfect place to have a weekend getaway. Visit the newly established Catawba Two Kings Casino (just 5.5 miles away) or to get away from the hustle and bustle of the Charlotte Metro area (38 miles away) and spend time at Crowders Mountain or Kings Mountain State Parks, Hike the Gateway Trail, visit Veronet Vineyards or kayak on Moss Lake (12.4 miles away). We also have 4 top notch golf courses (Deer Brook Golf Club, Riverbend Golf Course, Crowders Mountain Golf Club, Kings Mountain Country Club) near us.

We highly recommend guest(s) to purchase travel insurance for all of those unexcepted things that can come up.
-NO SMOKING: ABSOLUTELY NO Nicotine, e-cigarettes, vaping or marijuana ANYWHERE on the property, this includes balconies. Any evidence of smoking inside the unit will result in an additional $200.00 fine.
-NO PETS: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS are allowed in the home or on the property and this is STRICTLY ENFORCED!
-EVENTS/LARGE GROUPS: No more than 4 guests are to occupy the unit each night. Large parties or loud noise that causes a disruption to the neighboring homes will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit but will also result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification!
-YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT THE HOME--- NO EXCEPTIONS!
Please remember this is a PRIVATELY OWNED HOME, we ask that you PLEASE treat it as you would your own home.
RULES:
Renter acknowledges that there is ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING & NO PETS allowed on or in the property, bringing in pets, throwing parties, or causing a disturbance on the property, will result in a FULL CHARGE of the damage deposit in its entirety, and you will be removed from the property with ZERO REFUNDS!
Absolutely NO Early Check-In unless prior permission is given & subject to additional charges. We must allow time to prepare the property in between our Guest.
Trash & Dishes MUST be taken care of upon departure! DO NOT LEAVE TRASH outside of the home. Please make sure the trash is fully bagged and not loose trash then place it in the cans provided on the side of the house. Please make sure all dishes are clean upon departure!
** Please note this property is on a heavily wooded area and at times we have stink bugs and lady bugs that will find a way to get into the home. ***
