Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Great value for a great location and large house. We had 8 adults and it was perfect for our group and could have fit more. Having the hot tub in a covered area with a pool bar (including an outdoor fridge) was great for rainy days. The walk to the beach was very short and there was also a public parking lot by the beach access for when we wanted to bring larger items like cornhole boards with us to make the trek even shorter. The beach was also not crowded our entire stay, and we were even there through Memorial Day weekend. We brought our dog and the property is very dog friendly since the pool area is completely fenced in. Check in was virtual but the rental company was very responsive to our questions and helpful every step of the way. We would definitely stay again!

Summary: Great place and great value for a group/pet friendly OBX house!
