A fast-growing town south of Raleigh, near Holly Springs, Cary, and Durham, a 10-minute walk to parks, locally owned breweries, bakeries/cafes, restaurants, and specialty shops. No smoking is allowed in the home. Great for short and long stays. The first floor contains the living and dining areas, a full kitchen with cooking utensils, a half bath, and a laundry room. Both bedrooms, a full bath, and workspace are on the 2nd floor. One bedroom features a full and the other two twin beds. The workspace includes a desk and chair. TVs are in both bedrooms and living areas. Spectrum cable and internet throughout the home.
