We are centrally located on the Greenway bike paths and 2 miles from the center of downtown. At most, we are a short Uber to all the local attractions. For those who like to walk, the Asheville Adventure Center is right next door. Homegrown Restaurant and the Cascade Lounge are a short walk to the West. 12 Bones, the Wedge and the River Art Galleries are a short walk East. Following the bike path about a mile East leads to the amazing New Belgium Brewery Complex, Pleb Winery and Summit Coffee.
Our Upstream Sanctuary is close to everything Asheville has to offer. This house is directly across from the River, Carrier Park, bike paths, the green way and a boat ramp.
