This casual country home was designed for comfort, relaxation and, most importantly, for making memories with families and friends. The house is 2 stories, 2200 sq ft with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. There are enough beds to sleep plenty of people, including a small nursery with a crib and sofa bed off the master bedroom. Outdoor living though is the name of the game with a spacious covered patio featuring all brand new furniture for lounging and dining, a new BBQ grill and a charming gazebo boasting a large spa that can fit up to 12 people! There's plenty of yard space to stretch out and enjoy with your friends or family. So come gather and explore the San Joaquin Valley!
The home is located in a cul de sac in central Tracy, just a few blocks off Tracy Blvd. There are lots of nearby conveniences that are a 5 min drive from the home such as a Raley's grocery store, Walgreens, Arco gas station, banks, and restaurants. We are equidistant to the 580, 205 and 5 freeways.
It will take 25-35 minutes to get to Stockton, Manteca and Modesto from our home.
We are also 25 minutes from the brand new Great Wolf Lodge and Big League Dreams in Manteca. We are 45 minutes from Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park - Camp Resort which offers day passes.
Enjoy the multitude of nearby lakes, rivers and refuges/parks including San Joaquin River National Wildlife Refuge, Camanche Reservoir, Turlock Lake State Rec Area, Woodward Reservoir Park and more.
Also within half an hour of the home are the San Francisco Premium Outlets and wineries out in Livermore. Other nearby wineries include Delicato Family Wine Tasting Room in Manteca and Harney Lane Winery in Lodi.
