THE INDOOR SPACE:
-The Master Bedroom offers a king sized bed with a green tea memory foam mattress, night stands, ceiling fan, closet space with hangers, a full length mirror, an iron and ironing board and quaint decor.
-The Second Bedroom offers a queen sized bed with a green tea memory foam mattress, night stands, a mid century dresser, ceiling fan, closet space with hangers, and earthy décor/furnishings.
-The bathroom has been recently updated and is stocked with 4 bath towels, 1 hand towels, 4 washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, 2 rolls of toilet paper, and hand soap.
-The Dining Room offers a spacious modern glass top table with rustic metal chairs that seats four.
-The Living Room offers a sectional sofa with comfy throw pillows and blankets, and a 55" flat screen LCD television that has Netflix and Amazon Prime TV.
-The Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances (oven/stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator), retro microwave, pots and pans, a variety of cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, cookie sheets, baking dishes, a toaster, a ninja blender, Tupperware, a knife set and cutting boards, and A COFFEE BAR with a Keurig Coffee Maker!
-The Sun room is surrounded with nine large windows and offers a reading nook, and storage space for towels, shoes, and beach gear.
OUTDOOR SPACE:
The Back Deck is private and only accessible through the home and offers a seating area for four with peaceful surroundings!

CHECK IN:
Check In is at 4:00 PM. Our cleaners do not provide us with a scheduled time that they clean our house specifically because they clean many houses in the day so their schedule always changes, and they are unable to guarantee us a specific time slot. Because of this we are unable to guarantee any early check-ins, however, our cleaners always do their best to get finished as early as possible. Once our cleaners text us that the house is ready we will then text you the check in information immediately. :)
CHECK OUT:
is at 10:00 AM. Unfortunately in order to get the home ready for the next guest in time we are unable to accommodate any late check outs. In addition our cleaners do charge infraction fees if they need to wait on guests to leave past 10:00 AM

HOW FAR IS THE BEACH?
The beach is just a few blocks away from the house so it is definitely within walking distance, however, we always recommend driving as you do have to cross one busier street. There are several free parking beach accesses within a 2 minute drive. Also, we provide 4 beach chairs, 1 cooler, and an umbrella so it is a bit easier to take everything to the beach via car!
IS THERE A GRILL?
Unfortunately No. The Outer Banks can often times be windy and each year many people on the beach lose their homes due to grill related house fires. For this reason and safety reasons we do not have a grill at our home or allow them. We apologize greatly :(

Our favorite coffee shop is just down the street within walking distance Front Porch Café! The offer coffee, tea, and pastries. There are many OBX well known restaurants within a five minute drive from the home including: Barefoot Bernie's, Black Pelican, and Hurricane Mos.
