CAN YOU SAY POLAR EXPRESS! 1 night stays Sun-Thurs. The Cozy Nook is located minutes from downtown Bryson City. We are close to hiking, fishing, rafting, tubing. The Great Smoky Mtn Railroad is half a mile. A full efficiency apartment in the the bottom of our home is sure to have you coming back again and again. A shared pool and fire pit are among the great amenities we offer. We are pet friendly (dogs only) with prior approval and non refundable $50 pet fee, per pet. Due in cash upon arrival.
The space
The Cozy Nook is a warm and inviting space located under our single family homeIt has a private entrance and deck. You will have access to our pool and kitchen on the pool deck. It has a full kitchen and is stocked with pots/pans, dishes, silverware, and most necessities. You must bring your own paper products, garbage bags soaps etc. One set of towels per person and linens are free of charge.
Guest access
The shared swimming pool and outdoor kitchen area are at your disposal, as is the firepit. Sit back and relax and share stories with new found friends. No pets allowed in pool area.
Other things to note
A pet fee is for allowing pets to visit. It is to compensate for all the extra cleaning that it takes. It is not a damage fee. If your pet does damage because it has not been crated or watched you will be requested to pay for damage.
Please be honest if you break something. If something is missing or damaged I will turn it in to VRBO and request payment for it.
