Step into this spacious, beautifully appointed home designed for comfort, convenience, and fun. Upstairs the master bedroom features a luxurious king bed and a private full bath—perfect for adults seeking a restful retreat. Two additional bedrooms with queen beds provide cozy, relaxing spaces for family or friends, while the bunk room (on the main level)with twin beds is ideal for kids or teens, giving everyone plenty of room to unwind.
The open-concept living area is perfect for gatherings, complete with a 50" TV for movie nights, game nights, or just relaxing after a day of adventure. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a Keurig coffee maker, allows you to prepare meals with ease, making mornings, family dinners, and entertaining effortless.
Whether you’re planning a family vacation, group retreat, or a weekend getaway, this home balances comfort, style, and functionality. Every detail—from the spacious bedrooms to the inviting living area—is designed to make your stay enjoyable, memorable, and stress-free. Your ideal home-away-from-home awaits!
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire townhome, including the fenced backyard and patio. Enjoy the convenience of a private entrance and two dedicated parking spots located directly in front of the home.
I won’t be available in person, however you can message on the platform or send me a text- and I’ll get back to you as quickly as possible. We have littles so we’re normally in bed by 9pm but awake by 5:30am. I’m happy to help!

House Rules:
- WE ARE A SMOKE FREE PROPERTY.
- No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, or hangouts.
- No more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors.
- No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10pm. Quiet time in our neighborhood begins at 10pm and ends at 7am.
- No weapons allowed anywhere on the property.
Pet friendly! *Dogs only, under 50 pounds. Max of 2. Pet fee of $130 per pet will be charged after the reservation is made.
We have a few rules we asks guests with pets to follow:
- Only well behaved, house trained dogs allowed.
- Keep your dog on a leash at all times when outside.
- Clean up after your dog- no one likes to step in poo.
- No pets on the furniture. Please use a dog bed or crate. We do not provide dog beds or crates.
- Do not leave your dog left unattended in the rental for more than an hour or two.
- No aggressive or loud dogs are permitted. Disruptive barking and/or aggressive dogs will be asked to leave and their owners will not be refunded money for the reservation.
- There is a $250 minimum charge for animal damages/traces left behind in or outside the home.
- The guest will assume full responsibility for their pet. If your pet causes and injury or harm to other people or the property, you will be 100% liable for any necessary treatment, care, or repair.
