Summary: The place is nice and cozy. Pretty quiet for being in a neighborhood. There is one thing, not really a negative, just something everyone should know is the parking space isn't very big. I drive a silverado 1500. From my rear tires to the back of the truck don't fit in the driveway so i was sticking out into the alley. But the code didn't work one day, I got a hold of Ben and he came and fixed it right away.
