Positive: It was nice and quiet, had plenty of room for many guests. the kitchen was large and the living room had plenty of room to sit.

Negative: The bathrooms were not very large, the one in the master bathroom leaked from one showerhead. The kitchen was lacking some cooking dishware and also utensils.
