Positive: Absolutely great place to stay, wife cooked Christmas dinner and could see the ocean from the kitchen.

Negative: Only thing would be nice would be an elevator. Walking up 2 flights of stairs was a little rough for my mother in law

Summary: Absolutely love it, great location, very clean and good value
