Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Location was calm, quiet and peaceful plus near a lot of places (restaurants, supermarket, gas stations, etc.). Also the water view was beautiful. Recreation center was walking distance and employees were were very nice. Apartment was very clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Air conditioning was working well and easy to manage. Two bathrooms was a plus. Also host was very responsive and provided info needed. Plus no keys were necessary (access code is what was needed). Garbage and recycling was simple to access and directions were well explained in unit binder provided for guests.

Negative: A couple of insects and/or roaches. Host explained it was probably because of all the recent rain. Unfortunately no elevators. Only one ceiling fan. The water pressure was decent.

Summary: Great R&R place to stay. Would definitely stay there again. Also deer were nice to see,
