The home is surrounded by five lush acres of wood. There are some long-range WINTER views pending the season. The SUMMER view is of gorgeous trees. Multiple decks in the rear with a large gas grill. The main house consists of a kitchen, dining area, living room, and powder room on the first floor. Two Bedrooms on the lower level. The lower level has a master king suite with a full bathroom and a queen bed with a full bathroom in the hallway. The annex consists of two rooms - One sitting room full of large sun-filled windows and the other is a TV room/office/mini kitchen and laundry room. Both are large rooms with couches, tables, and a futon. Top-of-the-mountain privacy, expansive decking, classic mountain design of this custom-built mountain home, home office, gourmet kitchen, TV/man/woman cave, and much more. The road to the house is paved and has a steady narrow steep incline. It is one way but few houses on the road. It can be very dark at night, so take your time. House is the last house at the top with a fantastic view. Approximately 15 minutes to downtown Brevard, 15 minutes to Etowah, 15 minutes to Dupont National Forest, 20 minutes to downtown Hendersonville, and 35 minutes to eclectic downtown Asheville. Driving times vary depending on traffic. Winter - Please note that we do experience snow on occasion. If it snows the neighborhood normally does not plow. You will need to wait for the snow to melt. So, please be aware of the weather and know that there is the potential for snowy weather. Please plan accordingly.** ALL Guests MUST be registered when booking. The number of adults and kids, add your dog too if coming. Five MAX people at this house
1. The annex can be used for a third bedroom using the two futons. Note it is in a separate room (the annex) from the house.
2. Food Lion and Ingles grocery stores are 7 miles/15 minutes from the house. We suggest buying your groceries before you arrive.
3. You are welcome to explore the five acres but the trail is not maintained. Many wonderful hiking spots are in the area.
4. You do have a few neighbors in the neighborhood but this house sits at the top of the road so you won't see them.
5. The house has WiFi from a cable company, and most cell phones work at the house.6. A fire pit is available for you to use. Some firewood may be leftover but to be positive, please purchase some at a local store.
7. There's plenty of parking for everyone.

9. Downtown Breard- 8 miles from the house
Dupon State Forest - 7 miles from the house, and many other hiking spots to enjoy around our area.

11. The wifi is good but can be slow for streaming shows. The house is in the woods so the broadband is limited when it comes to streaming. Zoom calls are not a problem for past guests.
No smoking, vaping, or candles. Must be at least 25 years old to reserve this property.DOG RULES
A dog fee applies for ONE dog, plus all applicable taxes. Maximum of ONE dog with prior approval. Dogs under 50 lbs. The size and breed of your dog are needed to register them. Please note that you are bringing your dog when making your reservation.
1. No puppies - Dog must be at least ONE YEAR OLD
2. No attack or aggressive breeds of dogs are allowed
3. Must have all shots and flea treatments that are up to date
4. Must always be on a leash and under the control of the owner
5. Must NOT sleep on beds, couches, or chairs
6. You must clean up after your dog and do not flush poop down the toilet
7. A dog fee will be charged for the extra cleaning required
