Welcome to Littleton, NC! This home features a pool, playground, basketball and pickleball courts, as well as a grill and gas firepit for outdoor enjoyment. Situated near a new brewery and excellent restaurants, and only 5 miles from Lake Gaston for endless water adventures. Inside, the Master Bedroom offers a comfortable king bed, while Bedroom 2 has two sets of bunk beds. With two bathrooms, plenty of space, and numerous amenities, this is the perfect getaway for relaxation and adventure!
Enter into a living area with a 55-inch smart TCL TV, a couch for three, and two chairs. Ahead lies a dining table with four chairs, a fully stocked bar, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, the deck leads to the fenced in yard with pool, and a playground to the right In the back there is a basketball/pickleball court. To the left of the entrance is a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, accommodating four people, and a full bathroom with a shower-tub, toilet, and sink. A large closet adds storage space. Continuing down the living room, to the right is the master bedroom with a king-size bed, full closet, and an ensuite bathroom with two sinks, a toilet, and a tub shower. The master bedroom also features a 55” TCL TV. The grill is located in the backyard.
Guests have full access to the entire house, except a closet reserved for the owners.
Pets allowed (up to 2 dogs less than 30 pounds) with a Pet fee $100.00
We provide a starter set of supplies including dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, and dish soap. Enough to last a few days.
