I am renting this home or tiny unit as a weekly rental particularly for travel nurses or those with business in the area. The pricing is $55 per night. This unit has ceiling fan air conditioning, heat, full bath shower and toilet, big screen television, deck and barbecue grill. You can park in the yard. Special events and holidays pricing will double particularly for races. fest and NASCAR races
Because of the low rate guest will be responsible for their own cleaning and laundry. There will be a one-time $35 cleaning fee when gas check out. There will be a $35 fee for use of the grill and cleaning of the grill. If grill is used and clean there will be no charge.
