Located 10 minutes from historic downtown Beaufort and Parris Island, 2 Abbey Row is a first floor flat in the charming neighborhood of Habersham. This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom flat is one level and just a short walk to the Habersham Marketplace which offers 4 restaurants, 2 bars that host musical entertainment and an Italian ice shop. As part of the Village Flats, this condo features a private courtyard, private parking, and gated entry, and bike racks located in commons.
The Habersham Park has an exercise trail, 3 clay tennis/pickleball courts, basketball court, playground, bocce ball court, and a community garden. The neighborhood amenities include a community pool, boat ramp and picnic pavilion and dock. Also, there are several catch and release ponds in the community. The old plantation live oaks layered in Spanish moss make for a wonderful place to walk or exercise.
Habersham hosts several popular events such as Southern Living's Bottles and Barrels event in May, its own firework display on 4th of July, and the popular Harvest Festival in the fall.

Summary: The unit was impeccable, clean and comfortable. Plenty of room to sit in the living room to enjoy the evening, or also to sit on the spacious back patio, secluded from sun and rain. Unit is three block walk to great restaurants in the Habersham Marketplace; as a New Urbanism community, all of Habersham is highly walkable.
