The spacious, open-concept main floor features vaulted ceilings, a flat screen TV in the living room, and large windows overlooking the shimmering lake. Gather 'round the fireplace in the living room on cooler, cozy evenings.
The kitchen is a chef's dream! Includes a large walk-in pantry with wine fridge. Prepare meals in the fully-equipped, gourmetkitchen with a large cook-top island, or grill out on the lakeside deck (propane gas grill & blackstone cooktop griddle). Enjoy your meals with plenty of seating around the large, farm-style dining room table.
Outside, lounge on the enormous southern-style porch with ceiling fans, or take a dip in the community pool just a short stroll away. Launch your boat right from the private ramp and spend countless hours of fun--boating, tubing, wakeboarding or water skiing. Fish right off the shoreline for bass and crappie. (Bring your own poles & gear!) The day slip dock also provides easy mooring for boats and jet skis. Take an afternoon snooze in the waterside hammock. At dusk, build a campfire in the fire pit and delight in the reflections on the water.
Five bedrooms and five bathrooms comfortably accommodate 14 guests. The primary suite is extra-large with a luxurious bathroom, sitting area and private deck with serene water views.The walk-out basement adds extra entertainment with a ping pong table, dart board, and full refrigerator. Play corn hole outside on the spacious lawn. Kayaks and a canoe are also available for guest use.
Within the gated community you'll have access to the boat launch, club house and day slips. The home is also conveniently close to shopping, dining, marinas, coffee shops and local attractions--all about 5 minutes away!

The bathrooms are stocked with courtesy soaps and shampoos designed for quick "off the shelf" use. Each bathroom has a roll of septic-friendly toilet tissue as a starter. You are encouraged to bring whatever you feel you might need beyond the courtesy items provided.
The kitchens are stocked with one roll of paper towels, one trash bag for the kitchen trashcan, trial-size dish soap, two dishwasher pods and 1 sponge.You are encouraged to bring whatever you feel you might need beyond the courtesy items provided.

1. Trained service animals are welcome! Otherwise, we have a strict "no pets" policy. We can help arrange lodging for your pets (as long as they are up to date on shot records which must be provided) at a local boarding facility during your stay, if you'd like; just give us a call...way in advance as they fill up fast!
2. The house, like 99% of all lake homes on Lake Gaston, uses a septic system. This system is a finely balanced biological system. Please help us keep it working flawlessly by flushing ONLY toilet paper. Renters are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.
3. Bow-Riders and deep draft Wake Board boats need to check their Hummingbirds to ensure adequate depth in all coves. Pontoons should have no issues and everyone is welcome to tie off at the dock with rental boats.(make sure to bring your bumpers!).
4. Culverts & Bridges: Be sure to lower your bimini top when going under bridges or through culverts. Appearances can be deceiving!
5.Security Camera Disclosure: We take your privacy very seriously. However, this home may be monitored by exterior security cameras. The cameras do not record sound. Please let us know if this is an issue with your party for any reason.
