This cozy cabin is waterfront on a beautiful fishing pond connected to Lake Norman, and is under a beautiful canopy of trees with a furnished screened porch and fenced-in yard. Enjoy fireside conversations under the stars with a large fire pit and patio. Indulge in a morning cup of coffee while watching the wildlife over the water. Close to a variety of local restaurants, Davidson College, The Venues at Langtree, and easy access to Charlotte. This cabin is located in a Lake Norman neighborhood on a private fishing pond adjacent to the lake (no boat access from the property). It's a beautifully decorated home, inspired by Magnolia (Chip and Joanna Gaines) and has brand new stainless steel kitchen appliances. The cabin has fun outdoor amenities including adult stand up paddle boards for use on the lake, a large outdoor fire pit area, bicycles and fishing poles!
