Located just 30 minutes from downtown Durham, you'll love our luxurious modern A-frame cabin lodge. Relax in our covered hot tub while taking in the gorgeous views of our private lake and 25 acres of forest and fields. Enjoy the gleaming wooden interior and exquisitely designed rooms. And with trails, kayaks, paddle boards, badmitten, a pool table, a playground, boardgames, frisbee golf, horseback riding, and even a waterfront yoga/working retreat, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
Our property is located just 30 minutes from central Durham, 35 minutes from Hillsboro, 50 minutes from Chapel Hill and Raleigh, and 20 minutes from downtown Oxford and Roxboro.
We have a profesionally installed cell amplifier and Starlink internet. Cell coverage strength depends upon which service provider you use, with Verizon and ATT being the strongest. Please note that the reach of the cell amplifier does not extend beyond the house.
-Each unauthorized and/or unregistered overnight guests will result in a discretionary charge of $50 per night.
-Each unauthorized pet on the property will result in a discretionary charge of $100 per night.
-We have a pet fee of $29 per pet. Guests bringing more than one pet must receive special approval from owner and pay additional $29 per pet fee.
-When available, an approved early check-in or late check-out will cost $25.
-Unapproved early check-ins and/or late check-outs will result in a discretionary charge of $49 per hour.
-An unauthorized party/event will result in a discretionary charge of $250 in addition to all additional costs of cleaning and repairing damages.
-The presence of residual smell from any kind of smoking (e.g cigarettes, marijuana, cigars) will result in a $250 charge plus any additional costs of cleaning and/or damage repair.
-Excessive noise during quite hours will result in discretionary charge of $100 in addition to any an all costs incurred by the disruption caused to guests in other units.
-Guests agree to pay any and all costs associated with cleaning and/or repairing hot tub caused by improper use. This includes remediations caused by the presence of mud/dirt, food, drinks, trash, and vomit in the hot tub.
