Modern amenities include WIFI, a Smart TV, a fully stocked kitchen/stove, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, and a microwave. Dishes, silverware, and space where guests can cook their meals. Kitchen table with chairs. Nice large towels and soaps were provided. One bathroom with shower and tub. A lovely patio area to relax and take in the sunrise. Gas grill, Parking out front. Bring a fishing boat; we have trailer parking available. Lily pad for guests to enjoy at no extra cost. We are pet-friendly and will allow your furry companion to come along on your fantastic vacation. The pet fee is $100.00/pet and other expenses. There is a Pet Agreement, which will be signed after your reservation is booked. If lodging is not paid, housekeeping or owners inform us that the lodging fee is $200.
