It overlooks Fontana Lake and is perfect for a large family or group of friends! Features hot tub, chef's kitchen, game room, hottub and plenty of room to stretch out. Bring your Boat/Paddleboard/Canoe and enjoy the community marina! 25 mins to downtown Bryson City, 30 min to Harrahs Casino/ Cherokee/Blue Ridge Parkway, 10 min to WNC's best trails!
The space
Upstairs: twin over twin bunk bedroom with full bath , queen bedroom with full bath, lounging area
both upstairs rooms have a private balcony.
Main level: Master bedroom (queen), master bath with tub and tile shower, Kitchen/Living open area.
Main level has screened in porch, Grill, and Large outdoor deck and half bath
Lower Level: Queen bedroom, King bedroom with Tempurpedic Mattress connecting to the full bath that leads to wet bar with mini fridge and sink and granite bar top.
Downstairs also has a game room and a living area with TV and a twin over twin bunk.

Guest access
Guest's will have access to the entire Cabin, except the wine cellar and the Sauna which is not currently functioning.
“PRIVATE HIKING TRAILS:
At the beginning of the small gravel path that leads to the firepit, look to your right and you'll see a trail through the woods. Follow to the end (200 yards or so), and go LEFT down the gully/where the land folds (this part is not a cleared trail yet) for another 100 yards and it will lead to a larger trail which winds throughout the entire Fontana Lake Estates property.
The Community Marina operates throughout the year. Located on a regulated lake, the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) begins to raise the water level a few weeks prior to Memorial Day and maintains this level until Labor Day, after which the water level is gradually lowered. Despite fluctuations in water height, the boat ramp remains accessible year-round. Boats must be retrieved by day's end, and both trailers and boats can be parked in the designated upper day parking area.

Fireplace are off from May-October
4WD vehicles are recommended from December-April

The gas stovetop requires manual lighting. Please run the gas and use the long-nose lighter to light the burner !!
If it does not light right away. Wait a few minutes and let the gas clear before trying again.
Any and all garage, shed, crawlspace, or maintenance or mechanical areas are off limits to guests. Please do not enter these areas—interior or exterior—and stay away from any areas containing home maintenance products and equipment (we do store some lawncare products on premise but in closed bins, sheds, garages, or plastic trunks). By booking the reservation, you consent to waiving any liability related to accessing the above mentioned off-limits areas. This includes crawl spaces, under decks, or near any outdoor mechanical equipment such as HVAC. If you need assistance with accessing one of these areas, please send us a message first and we will make arrangements. Your cooperation is much appreciated!
