Cozy house located near Arrowhead Park and Arrowhead Restaurant (seasonal). 2 bedrooms and a loft area with a 3rd bed (must go up spiral staircase to access loft). There are 1.5 bathrooms. The bedrooms on the main level have a private sink/toilet in each bedroom, and share a shower. The loft shares the bath on the lower level.
No waves to deal with and this area is GREAT for bream fishing! Guests have use of two paddleboards.

One boat slip (9'x22') and one PWC port available. There is also a paddleboard for the guests' use. Dock touches ground at 506, completely on ground at 499. CHECK YOUR WATER LEVELS.
House has parking for 3 cars max or 2 cars and a boat trailer. Put the boat in the water before bringing the trailer to the house.
