Main entry for the home offers a look into the livingroom, where a large and comfortable couch sits alongside the gas-log fireplace. Guests can also enter from the carport via a covered walkway into the kitchen, boasting beautiful cabinetry and a pass-through window to the livingroom.
Venturing further, you'll find a spacious dining room with big-picture windows and access to the screened-in porch that peaks over the hillside to the mountains beyond. Also on the main level is a powder room near the dining room and the Primary Bedroom that has a King sized bed, a streaming capable TV, an ensuite bathroom and access to its' own screened-in porch.
This home has a furnished lower level complete with a den and kitchenette, table-tennis, and access to the lower screened porch. A full bathroom and a Guest Bedroom (Queen Bed) are on this level as well.
Upstairs are two guest bedrooms equipped with two motorized adjustable Queen Beds, Samsung TVs and a shared full bathroom with a tub-shower combo.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Our cancellation policy (effective for bookings confirmed after April 1, 2024) is outlined below:
For reservations that are 21 days or less, A reservation cancelled ( by email receipt ) between 0 - 45 days prior to arrival is not eligible for a refund. If reservation is cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival, guest shall receive a refund of all payments made* less a cancellation fee of 10% of the total cost of the reservation AND the cost of any trip insurance if purchased.
*Refunds do not include third-party service fees as those are determined by the booking site and we do not control how those funds are processed.
For any reservations that are more than 21 days, No refund will be given unless the property is re-rented over the previously booked dates.
