This is a mountain cottage located in beautiful Highlands, NC. Fabulous mountain view from large deck. We are on the north slope of the mountain at 4100 ft in the trees, and benefit from cool mountain breezes all summer long. Overhead fans in every room to take advantage of the cool breezes. All amenities including wireless high speed internet, hi-definition flat screen TVs in living room (with DVR) and master bedroom. There is a gas grill on the deck. (Please inquire now about long term special pricing for the upcoming season!!) Minimum 3 night stay.
SUMMER SPECIAL - Stay 14 nights for the special rate of $1750. This applies up to 4 people and pets. A party of 4 will save $1050 over our regular rate.
Our front yard is fenced and we have covered off street parking.
Our back deck is gated.
Master bedroom (on the main floor) has king size pillow top bed, second bedroom has queen size bed with beautiful mountain view. Third bedroom has twin beds. The galley kitchen has a stove w/oven, microwave, all utensils and dishes, disposal and dishwasher.
Our cottage is pet friendly and only one mile from the Main Street of Highlands, NC.
Our base rate is 175 per night for 2. There is an additional charge of $25 per person per night over 2 people.
(We have a narrow staircase to our second floor bedrooms.) Also, there are 2 steps on the pathway to our front door. They are not wheelchair accessible and not for seriously physically challenged individuals.
