Main level has the 2nd BR, which has 2 Double Beds, direct access to BA, and plenty of mirrored closet space.
Living Room has a 42inch flatscreen TV with Charter cable and a wii entertainment system. Oversized sofa and chair which serve up plenty of seating room to watch the games. There is also a closet that stores a roll away bed and bedding.
Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a large family meal on the ceramic top stove. Dining room seating is right off the kitchen, as is the full size Washer and Dryer for those longer stays.
The back door opens up to the patio for great night seating and is just steps away from your 2 Reserved Parking Spaces(with 2 more shared guest spaces right next to your reserved spaces).

I find that when I am booking a place, it's not about how many people it can sleep, it's about how many people sleep comfortably there! When we set up the condo for guests, that was the first thing in mind; plenty of beds, roll away bed, pull-out sofa, big wide sofa, etc. This is perfect for 6-7 guys that do not want to sleep together, large families, a couple of couples, etc.
