The gorgeous bathroom has an elegant vanity area and a full-size shower with custom tile behind sliding glass doors. A hairdryer, shampoo/conditioner and body wash are always well stocked so you don’t need to worry about bringing yours from home. You’ll love starting your day in this sparkling clean space.
KITCHEN & LOUNGE
The kitchen is as beautiful as it is functional. It’s perfectly set up for making homemade meals, or reheating leftovers (from Fletcher Village Bakery and Cafe!). Enjoy your use of the coffee maker, a french press, and other kitchen gadgets and accessories.
Vacationing with your four legged friend? You’ll find food and water bowls set up in the kitchen.
The living room is a comfortable place to binge-watch your favorite shows or open up your laptop and get some work done. Sink into the leather sofa and enjoy the views from the large windows. The living room has soaring ceilings, a whisper-quiet ceiling fan, and a soft area rug that adds color and charm to the space. You’ll find this home in a quiet, residential cul-de-sac surrounded by trees. The property has a private driveway, a small side yard, and a private balcony. This is a cottage located above a detached garage. The structure is adjacent our primary residence. The cottage is accessed by and exterior stairwell that leads to your own private deck.

Located less than 5 minutes from the Asheville Airport, 10 minutes from Sierra Nevada and 20 minutes from downtown Asheville. Our cottage is also centrally located to all the outdoor activities the Asheville area has to offer including Mills River, Brevard, Dupont and Bent Creek.
