This is a self-sufficient apartment with a private entrance. It is in the lower level of a brand new home in a coveted Raleigh neighborhood.

We live in the upper level of the home and are here for any questions or concerns but you are given complete privacy in the apartment.
This is a beautiful quiet neighborhood, right in the center of the city .
Parking will be on the street directly in front of the house.
No smoking of any kind allowed indoors, no parties or gatherings, no pets, and all guests must be noted on the reservation. Failure to abide by the house rules may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

The Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. There is a camera monitoring access in and out of the apartment. It is only on the outside entrance of the apartment, there are NO cameras inside the apartment. There is also a noise monitoring device inside the apartment; this detects excessive noise levels only. There is no recording or listening whatsoever.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Free cancellation for 48 hours after booking, as long as the guest cancels at least 14 days before check-in (time shown in the confirmation email).
After that, guests can cancel up to 7 days before check-in, and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate and the cleaning fee.
For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and at least 14 full days prior to the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
