This house was recently renovated and part of a larger home. There may be guests staying on the other side of the home from time to time. You will have complete privacy, including your own laundry room and entrance. The only thing you will share is the driveway and the yard. The great part about this is you can rent the entire house for large groups. If you are interested in renting both places, please let us know!
There may be laundry in the dryer. This is because the housekeeper works to get the unit ready as soon as possible for your potential early arrival. If you need to use the dryer, simply take the pile of clean laundry and set it to the side. There is no reason for you to fold the laundry. Please don't use towels or sheets that are left in the dryer. There will be plenty available to you for your use during your stay.
$300 per month utilities are collected in advance separate from the reservation for any stays 30 days or longer. This covers high-speed internet, water and sewer, trash, electric, and gas. This money is collected by the host through the Airbnb app before your reservation begins.
The thermostat controls both sides of the home. We ask that you keep it the temperature set to 70 for heat and 70 for AC. If you need a heater or fan, please let us know and we can provide for you.
We allow 2 cars maximum for this home. More than 2 cars need to be approved before arriving.
*Please be aware that the driveway is a bit steep, especially for vehicles that sit low to the ground. Most standard vehicles handle it fine, but we recommend using caution when arriving or departing.
