Forever Summer features hickory flooring on the third floor of this reverse floor plan with beautiful tile on the second floor family room and plush carpet in each of the bedrooms. Enjoy fantastic ocean views from the front deck and peaceful wood preserve and inter-coastal views and sunsets from the back. The beautiful kitchen was designed with large gatherings in mind with custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and all new cookware and equipment. Two dishwashers keep all the dishes clean and a beverage refrigerator and a separate ice machine helps keep all your drinks cool on hot summer days. Unlimited hot water is always available simultaneously for all six showers (5 inside, 1 outside) from two Rinnai tank less, on demand gas hot water heaters. And, there are no keys to share as there is a key less entry that will be changed to accommodate each new guest.
