Beautiful, clean and comfortable- This upstairs duplex is nestled in the peaceful, safe and quiet Brookstone neighborhood in Northeast Columbia.
Less than 5 miles to Sandhills Mall offering many options for food, dining and entertainment. Approximately 1 mile from I-77 Killian Rd Exit and a quick drive to Downtown Columbia. 8 miles to Fort Jackson, 13 miles to USC/Downtown, 4 miles to Sesquicentennial State Park.

The home is an 850 square foot upstairs duplex consisting of one bedroom, one bathroom, a living room and eat in kitchenette. There is a private outside entrance and designated parking on site with security monitoring of the parking area.

Summary: This duplex was the perfect place for our 3 night stay in SC. Very clean, comfortable and quite as promised. Anna was very nice and provided lots of information about the area. We were they for a show at the arena and when to one of the parks and the zoo.
