Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, five minutes from Summersville Lake Marina.
This tiny house cabin is situated 5 minutes from Summersville Lake, 15 minutes from the New River Gorge Bridge and all the trails surrounding it, as well as 25 minutes from downtown Fayetteville.
The cabin is situated on a quiet gravel road. Hike down to Hominy Creek on the trail located behind the cabin. Enjoy a fire in the backyard, under the stars in the evening. Relax in the hot-tub.
The cabin is a tiny house, some rooms have low ceilings. My husband is over 6ft tall and is comfortable in the space, as he built it himself.
The property is located on a quiet gravel road just 1 minute off Rt 19. The driveway is pull through to allow for trailered boats to be easily pulled through. The yard is fenced in and equipped with 2 relaxing camp chairs and a fire pit. (At this time we do not supply kiln-dried firewood.) Enjoy a dip in the hot tub after a fun day of exploring. (Note on hot tub, we do not pay for a pool or spa guy to come and maintain the water level, debris, and the water, or chemicals in the hot tub. We also do not charge guests a fee for that service. If you plan to use the hot tub, our cleaner checks the chemicals and water level after each guest, but it is strongly recommended that guests test the levels themselves before use.
The kitchen has a full size refrigerator/ freezer, 2 burner stone top, toaster, and microwave. Please note, an oven is on site but not for guest use.
A charcoal grill is located on the front porch and we ask that you roll it to the gravel off the porch for use.
The cabin is equipped with wifi and a TV in the main living area.
Guests are welcome to access any part of the bottom floor of the cabin. The loft located over the bathroom is off limits to guests, and the ladder is locked away. Do not attempt to climb up there, as it is dangerous the way the ladder is locked up.
The loft over the kitchen is open to guest use. The second queen size bed is in a low ceiling loft with a vertical ladder. It is important to note that any guest who plans to sleep in the loft bed must be in a physically fit enough state to climb the vertical metal ladder to access the loft. We do not recommend any guest who has physical limitations or ailments to attempt to access the loft. The entire floor space, loft and the vertical ladder are represented accurately in the pictures. Please know your limitations prior to booking.

There is one camera on the property for purposes of protecting our investment. It is a WiFi enabled video doorbell and you may get a kind greeting if we’re not busy when you arrive! Other than that we respect your privacy.
