Harbourgate Marina #122 is the perfect location for your vacation getaway! This property is located right on the Waterway and is right down the street from Cherry Grove Beach. You can easily drive down to the beach or go to the Pier in minutes. It is walking distance away from Filet's Restaurant & Tiki Bar which is a great place to enjoy an afternoon cocktail or a delicious dinner.
This property has been recently updated with new flooring, new countertops in the kitchen and new bathrooms. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need if you like to cook. There is a washer/dryer in the condo as well. The living room area is very comfortable and has a large Flat Screen TV to enjoy. The master suite has a king bed and access to the balcony too. The ensuite bathroom is very spacious and private. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed with a large bathroom as well. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed with plenty of space to relax. All of the bedrooms and the living room have Flat Screen TVs and you have free Wi-Fi access as well. You will love this property! It is perfect for families, couples and friends.
Harbourgate Marina is right on the waterway and you can rent boats, jet skis or go on one of the fishing boat charters. There is so much to do here. It is conveniently located right off of Highway 17 so you can easily go to all the shops, restaurants and attractions nearby. | | This property does not allow any smoking in the building.
