This charming Tiny house is nestled on 5 acres that over looks a valley. It has a covered front porch that is perfect for morning coffee and is adjacent to the main home where the host lives. This tiny house is minutes to local shopping and I-20, you can enjoy country living without being too far out. This tiny house is approximately 20 minutes from Lexington Medical Center and about 25-30 minutes from Columbia and University of South Carolina.
The Park model tiny house is about 299 square feet and is complete with one bedroom that has a queen size bed, a bathroom with a shower, laundry area, kitchen and living room.
For your safety and the safety of our family, cameras are installed at the front and back door of the main house, side of the main house and at the bottom of the property. There are no cameras inside the tiny house or outside the tiny house so you can enjoy your privacy.
