Our property has a nice covered wrapped around porch for relaxing and having dinner with partial view of the intercoastal waterway. The open floor plan is perfect for family gatherings and for making lasting memories.
Boating/Fishing/Swimming- only 1/2 mile from Sloop Point Marina on the intercoastal waterway and 7.5 miles from Surf City Pier & Beach areas. Golfing- only 3 miles from Olde Point Country Club (open to public). If visiting Camp Lejuene or interested in shopping- we are approx. 25-30 minutes from Jacksonville, NC and Wilmington, NC. Also, nearby convenience of Harris Teeter, Lowes, Bojangles, Tractor Supply and Eastern Outfitter's.

Summary: This was a great house for our family but was clean with all the essentials available to us. We had a small issue arise with a mechanical problem and the host handled it quickly. Communication was prompt and friendly.
