Situated on just under an acre of land with ocean ocean views, this vacation home is only steps away from the paved trail at Pomo Park, which wraps around the headlands and offers spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and is close to the entrance to the historic Noyo harbor. Casa Belo Horizonte is ideal for couples, families, friends, and ocean-lovers looking for a romantic vacation home with views for days and memories to last a lifetime.
Upstairs, two outdoor seating areas boast a variety of comfy deck chairs for enjoying the fresh air and captivating scenery. Inside, a skylight in the kitchen and an octagonal window in the open floor-plan living room/dining room provide lots of natural light. The living room features plush couches for lounging and watching the ocean (or the big-screen TV).
The fully-equipped kitchen has a 4-top electric stove, a microwave, a refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffeemaker, and dishwasher, along with Brazilian quartzite counters and a large kitchen island. The property owners hand-selected the quartzite slabs that adorn the kitchen, making for a quality and truly one-of-a-kind kitchen design.
