Welcome to the Tipsy Bear Lake House! This is a gorgeous, luxury log home located in Fontana Lake Estates. The western view offers breathtaking views of Fontana Lake with a sunset backdrop. Fontana Lake Estates is a premiere gated community with marina facilities to launch your boat as well as swimming and picnic areas. The home has everything a large family will love from the gourmet kitchen to the covered porch to the downstairs bar and game room. There are two gas fireplaces indoors as well as one on the covered deck outdoors. A video arcade game, wet bar, and shuffleboard table will occupy the entire family. Outside, there's ample space to relax plus both a gas and a charcoal grill.
