This is a tiny house village unit and/or cluster not a traditional home. You can rent one or you can rent a total of four tiny homes on the property. It is tiny/spacious from a tiny house perspective, it has a grand deck that can easily accommodate your outdoor passions such as a family event, grilling, hot coffee or a rocking chair. All units have full baths the middle unit has a full kitchen along with a full bath. The remaining two units can be tiny homes or converted to use as dining rooms or family rooms if given a weeks notice. We are off the beaten path at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Lots of local wineries and areas to kayak. Pricing changes for discussion events such as the NASCAR weekends, The Wine Festivals, The Merle Fest. Property is a twelve acre farm property. I also have a 32 foot camper that will accommodate 5-8 people and an old RV that gas good working kitchen, shower and bath that can accommodate 2 people comfortably but it has twin beds. The price for these are negotiated separately.
